Cancel a renewal
- Open Billing in the workspace that owns the subscription.
- Review the current subscription and renewal date.
- Choose the cancellation option and confirm it.
- Refresh Billing after processing if the updated state is not immediately visible.
What cancellation means
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access normally continues through the already-paid period, and the Billing page shows the effective date.
Changing plans
Available upgrades and downgrades are shown in Billing. The checkout or billing-management screen shows any immediate charge, credit, or future effective date before completion.
